Harassment Policies.
At Midwest Massage Therapy we provide professional and therapeutic massage services. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason we deem fit. We take our profession seriously and operate within the Indiana Massage Therapy Laws. Reasons for refusal or termination of services can include but aren't limited to, solicitations, innuendos or inappropriate comments. Should a client be inappropriate during a session, the session will be immediately terminated and payment in full will be required and/or deposit will not be refunded.
Draping Policies.
All clients are draped professionally and in accordance with Indiana draping laws.
Illness.
If you have a cold, flulike symptoms, a rash or tested positive for the flu or Covid, you must reschedule. Should you still come in for your appointment with signs of illness, your therapist reserves the right to refuse services until you are well. You are not penalized for canceling or rescheduling due to illness.
Cancellation/Reschedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule 24 hours' notice is required. If it's less, then 24 hours (not related to illness.) then a then half of your appointment fee will be collected.
Early/Late Arrivals.
Please arrive no more the 10 minutes before your appointment. For late arrivals the remaining time will be given at the discretion of the therapist. The therapist will not go over time due to a late arrival from the client.
No call/ No show.
Your appointment time is time set apart just for you. No call/ no shows are charged the full amount and won't be rebooked until paid in full. If there was a deposit made that will not be refunded.
Gift cards.
Gift Card sales are final and are not refundable. Gift cards hold no cash value.
Other Information.
You must wait AT LEAST 2 DAYS after getting a vaccine or 3 DAYS after starting an antibiotic to receive massage.
An intake form must be filled out before arrival for your first visit. (Forms will be emailed to you when you book an appointment.)
